qualificationS
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and acquisition channels:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including team leadership
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, media buying tools, and analytics platforms (GA4)
Comfortable with tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager) and building dashboards in Google Looker Studio
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
A confident communicator with solid people-management skills
Curious, growth-oriented, and happy to share knowledge with others
