As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll create digital assets for both our agency and our clients. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to make sure your designs don’t just look good—but perform.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with strategy and data.
Design and produce high-quality digital assets—including ad creatives, social media visuals, video ads and animations, landing pages, and websites—always aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Collaborate closely with the performance marketing and experience teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for platforms, audiences, and performance goals.

Review, refine, and iterate on design outputs to maintain a high standard of visual quality, consistency, and usability across all formats and channels.

Contribute to the development of creative strategies by translating data, insights, and user understanding into strong visual concepts.

Support market and UX research initiatives to better understand user behaviors, needs, and expectations.

Assist in persona development and competitive analysis to help inform creative direction and messaging.

qualificationS
Proactive, open-minded, and detail-oriented
Strong focus on the “why” behind every creative choice
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Comfortable conducting market and user research
Solid software skills:
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Figma (Framer is a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
3+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment (agency experience is a big plus)
Fluent in English
